The principal function of each member of the ministerial staff of Valley Ranch Baptist Church is to
serve God by joining with the church in fulfilling its threefold mission of reaching
unchurched persons with the Gospel of Jesus Christ, nurturing believers in the Word
of God, and extending the Kingdom of God worldwide. Regardless of the specific
function of any particular position, each member of the staff shares three general qualifications: a
personal relationship with God through faith in Jesus Christ, a personal sense of calling by God to
vocational ministry, and a personal commitment to a ministry lifestyle. The staff of Valley Ranch
Baptist Church serves by leading, ministering, and proclaiming. Presently, the staff consists of
a full-time Pastor, two full-time Associate Pastors, a part-time Minister to Children, and a part-time
Minister of Music.
