Washington, D.C., is not only home of our nation’s capital, it is known today as the country’s largest tourist attraction, drawing an estimated 20 million visitors per year.

Washington, D.C. is a vibrant, accessible, world-class city filled with inspiring monuments, monumental art, fine dining, and diverse culture.

Main attractions include the White House, U.S. Capitol, The Smithsonian Institute, National Air and Space Museum, Lincoln Memorial, Natural History Museum, Washington Monument, The Wall, National Zoo, Library of Congress, National Art Gallery, Mount Vernon Estate and Gardens, and Shakespeare theater, to name a few. The wealth of historical landmarks, main attractions, and entertainment is vast and impossible to list.

Washington, D.C. tourists are encouraged to stroll through the charming shops, restaurants, and cafes throughout Georgetown and to take in the art along the Dupont Circle.
